Shipping

We ship all orders using reliable carriers such as Yodel, DHL, Evri or China Post, depending on the fastest available delivery option to your location.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, it will be processed and shipped promptly. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note that the tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate, and delays may occur during peak seasons or holidays.

If you experience any issues tracking your package, please contact us, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Delays

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. If you need to change your address, please notify us via email within 24 hours of payment. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after purchase. If the payment is completed and the parcel has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your package is lost during transit, we will either arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund if you no longer require the item.
